Refund & Exchange Policy
All goods sold are non-refundable, but may be exchanged if it is defective or damaged.
We will provide a 1-for-1 exchange for items that defective or damaged. Woof N Bones must be informed of the defect or damage within 5 days (including Saturdays and Sundays) from receipt of the order. Any defected or damaged products made known to Woof N Bones after 5 days (including Saturdays and Sundays) will not be entertained. Defective or damaged products are to be returned to Woof N Bones in its original packaging; together with the invoice, with the date of purchase and order number clearly indicated.
The customer will bear the cost of returning the defective or damaged product to Woof N Bones. Subsequently, Woof N Bones will bear the cost of sending the exchanged product to the customer.
Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Woof N Bones will not bear any responsibility if we do not receive your returned item.
